Sustainable education is about preparing young people for a rapidly changing world equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and mindset they need to shape the future and become active contributors to positive social change. Guided by this vision, Zeren Group launched Bir Sen Bir Gelecek, a long-term social investment program designed to empower young people to discover their potential, develop future-ready skills, and turn their ideas into meaningful projects. Launched in 2024 with digital learning experiences, the program expanded significantly in 2025 and 2026, evolving into a comprehensive development journey that combines education, mentorship, project development, international learning opportunities, and experiential learning. Having successfully completed its third term, Bir Sen Bir Gelecek has reached more than 1,000 young people, supporting them as they transform their aspirations into tangible projects and prepare for the future with greater knowledge, confidence, and capabilities. Participants who successfully complete the program earn internationally recognized certificates, marking an important milestone in their personal and professional development. Through Bir Sen Bir Gelecek, Zeren Group continues to invest in young people today empowering them to become the changemakers of tomorrow and contribute to building a more sustainable future.

Another project we support as part of our sustainability vision is SAITEM. SAITEM is a technology application community voluntarily formed by students from various disciplines. Since 2003, it has been dedicated to developing innovative projects, primarily in alternative energy and other technological fields. As Zeren Group Holding, we proudly sponsored the SAITEM team’s Solar Car Project in the World Solar Challenge competition.

Today, sustainability is a concept so prominent that neither art nor artists can remain indifferent to it. Art is the most sustainable way to convey the stories of today’s people to future generations, inspire today’s society to imagine the future, and bridge different eras. To bring our employees together with art, we have become a Corporate Gold Member of Istanbul Modern, Türkiye’s first modern and contemporary art museum. This membership provides our employees with the opportunity to participate in various artistic activities across different disciplines. Additionally, through our collaboration with Disney Türkiye, we support sponsorship packages for films on Disney+ that shape the future of society, as well as gala films featuring blockbuster stories that captivate audiences of all ages.

With the goal of creating opportunities for emerging talent across Anatolian, we established Zeren Sports Club Women’s Volleyball Teams in Ankara, competing in both the Sultanlar League and the 1st League. Through these teams, we continue to inspire young people to believe in themselves and to never stop dreaming.
In addition, following the devastating earthquakes of February 6, we became a sponsor of Hatay Volleyball Sports Club through our MYZ Co Charge brand — supporting a team that had lost its players and was on the verge of closure. We strongly believe in the unifying and healing power of sports, and we remain committed to supporting Turkish women’s volleyball.
